MyCove Desktop App for Windows and Mac is our installed custom browser environment. It gives residents a dedicated place for Exolet TV, community information and selected web apps, with boundaries around digital activity. Its subscription is included at no extra charge for communities purchasing Digital Village.

Selected apps, navigation boundaries, file handling and device permissions form the security approach. The settings and supported services are configured for the community’s deployment.

The Exolet TV channel includes hundreds of curated safety videos. Continuing attention to new videos about emerging scams and threats helps residents recognize warning signs and know when to ask for help.

Featured Digital Village community websites and resident portals start at $499 per month, separately from the TV channel. The MyCove subscription is included with a Digital Village purchase for communities; the Windows or Mac package must be installed to use its controlled environment. Deployment and protection settings are agreed during setup. Families outside the community offering can purchase MyCove separately, including for homecare, 55+ living or through a Family Channel option.
