Exolet TV Adds Digital Signage for Community Common Areas and Restaurants
Communities and restaurants can use Exolet TV to present menus, activity schedules, and announcements in shared spaces, including on-site dining and nearby restaurant locations.

LAS VEGAS — October 24, 2026 — Exolet LLC announces that Exolet TV now supports digital signage for community common areas and restaurants, both inside community buildings and at nearby dining venues. The capability extends the platform’s role in community communication, giving teams a way to present information such as menus, activity schedules, and announcements on compatible shared-area screens.
Useful information where people gather
A lounge, lobby, fitness area, or dining space gives residents a shared place to encounter information during the day. Exolet TV’s digital signage support brings a visual presentation to those settings, allowing a participating location to show content suited to the people and purpose of the space.
A community can use a common-area display to highlight an upcoming activity or present a daily schedule. The same platform can support a dining presentation in a restaurant, with content tailored to that venue rather than a one-size-fits-all screen.
Menus for dining inside the community and nearby
The restaurant use case includes dining spaces within a community building and nearby restaurants. Menu displays can bring featured dishes, descriptions, and pricing into a large visual format, giving guests a clear view of what a venue wants to present.
The Brookwood Village sample menu accompanying this release illustrates an evening-menu layout with featured food photography and a concise list of dishes. It is demonstration content, not a statement of an operating restaurant’s actual menu, prices, or participation.
For community teams and local restaurant operators, the opportunity is to make relevant dining information visible in the setting where guests are deciding what to enjoy. Each location can discuss its intended use and display requirements with Exolet.
Activity schedules for shared community spaces
Digital signage can also give a common area a purpose-specific presentation. A fitness studio, for example, can display a daily class schedule while highlighting a featured activity. The Brookwood Village fitness example shows how a schedule and a large supporting image can work together on one screen.
The sample is labeled as a demo schedule. Communities can use the format as a starting point when discussing how to present their own activities and information. Actual schedules and content should reflect the participating community’s program.

A shared-screen extension of community TV
Exolet already brings community information, entertainment, and personalized content to supported televisions, streaming devices, and computers. Digital signage adds a shared-space application alongside those resident-facing experiences.
The distinction is practical: a common-area or restaurant display presents information for people in that space, while community and personalized channels serve the broader resident experience. A community can consider both when planning how its content reaches residents and visitors.
Local restaurant displays and area sponsorships
Nearby restaurants are another setting for Exolet TV signage. A restaurant can discuss a display focused on its own menu and venue information, separate from any decision to participate in Exolet’s area sponsorship program.
Exolet’s city and regional portals remain the central home for area sponsorships intended to provide exposure across multiple participating communities. Community channels stay focused on community and personalized content. Adding restaurant signage expands the types of shared displays a location can use without changing that approach.
Plan around the location and the screen
Teams can begin by identifying what the display should communicate, where it will be placed, and which compatible equipment will be used. A restaurant menu, a fitness schedule, and a lounge announcement have different audiences and can call for different presentations.
Exolet TV’s broader app availability covers eight platform families: Apple TV, Roku, Android TV/Google TV, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung smart TVs, LG smart TVs, Windows, and macOS. Official store and download links are listed in the platform directory. Signage compatibility and setup should be confirmed for the particular display and location.
